Just listened to latest podcast informing us that a sale is about to occur 15% of all products, problem is for those of us outside of the U.S. like AUS for instance cannot participate because we cannot purchase direct anymore... Pricing out here is ridiculous, beyond ridiculous, sure we could use a re-shipper, but they bite you with over priced shipping costs... Please lets us buy direct again if we so choose...

I believe the response will still be that Emotiva have an exclusive deal with Final Link (the Aussie Distributor) that precludes direct selling. Otherwise the local distributor wouldn't commit to the product, carry stock, train their techs, promote or advertise. Equally the retailers wouldn't have stock on display and/or demonstration because they know customers would shop in their bricks and mortar but then buy on line. That's why the mixtures of online direct sales and b&m retail sales fails so often.
I use HopShopGo as my reshipper and their $US rates are about the same or slightly better than Emotiva's rates were back in the day. It's the exchange rate that hurts.
