I ordered soft black. I saw your orange on his website and I think the DI's will look great in that color.

Have had Pendragon's for about a year. They serve as fronts for my 11.1 HT set-up. I have matching center as well. After building out my HT room, I find myself simply listening to the Pendragon's on 2 channel stereo mostly. I have Marantz pre and dedicated emo amp for fronts. These speakers keep getting better and more enjoyable the more I listen. I have DT Mythos Super Towers in family room set-up and their good, very good. However, to my ears the Pendragon's are superior in almost every way I can think of and keep in mind I like the Super Towers! Admit I have different equipment and different room characteristics but I am confident the P's are a step up from DT Mythos Super Towers. My HT room is decent size (large I guess) and the Pendragon's fill up room and create a huge accurate sound stage. I can't speak for any other Tekton speakers but IMHO the Pendragon's are outstanding speakers at an amazing price point. I recommend anyone buying speakers in the price range of the Pendragon's to do yourself a favor and listen to them if their not too large for your room. I did not buy from Tekton and found on craigslist 3 months old from a person had to move for work purposes. I have never posted anything about these speakers before but wanted to provide my recommendation.

According to the reviewer "Its frequency range is 20 Hz to 30 kHz, with a sensitivity of 98.82 dB." I very much doubt so.

No speculation, just curious as to what you were basing your opinion on. Curio. So there was no basis for your statement?

Curio. So there was no basis for your statement? Precisely! None! Just as much as what the manufacturer states without any proof whatsoever. Accept my apologies as it was not my intention to insult your intelligence but now you know.

I have no knowledge of the spec is true or not, I just don't typically call someone's statement unbelievable without basis. As to my intelligence, it is suspect at best

It has two 10-inch drivers in a fairly large enclosure, that has to count for something as far as low frequencies goes. But many subs don't even reach 20 hz.

Almost any full-range system can reproduce 20Hz in-room. It might be -30db, but they can do it.
