Anyone have any recommendations for an iPad app that will pull music from my NAS and play via Bluetooth the PT-100 with BTM-1 Bluetooth module. I have found mconnectfree which seems to work fine but would like to know if there are better ones available. Doesn't have to be free, either.

Nothing fancy. Just a 2TB Western Digital Mycloud with another 2TB passport connected to it. Just looking for something simple that will allow me to select music with the iPad and send to the PT-100 via Bluetooth. |

I use a WD Cloud too.
Can't you just load the WD Cloud App on your iPad and re-direct to BT?

That works but I had to dl a player for FLACs. I got player extreme. Which one do you use?

But, my use is different than yours in that I only listen to music with ear buds at remote locations using the WD Cloud app. And for MP3s the MyCloud app is all that's needed. I do have more FLACs on my NAS than MP3s. The WD app will automatically start VLC or Extreme Player whenever you queue up a FLAC and will play on it's own with MP3s. Thanks for the tip. |
