Hey guys I have been looking for something like this component cooling system and until now all I could find was the $100.00 ANTEC cooling pad. The expense without having a automatic temp setting, auto on/off etc just wasn't worth it. However ACInfinity just introduced a line of units that has the proper form factor with several different options automatic fans, temp control on/off and width/fan size. Just a thought for people that may want to take a peak.... www.acinfinity.com/component-fan-systems/aircom-t9-receiver-and-av-component-cooling-fan-system-17-inch/Attachments:

I wonder if this can be integrated into a closed rack unit?

Geebo are you mounting your system? My system sits on a diy chef block stand that doubles as a tv mount so the only unit I need would be for the XMC. Attachments:

I wonder if this can be integrated into a closed rack unit? I would think so but it it would require some kind of MOD i.e. removing the feet so on. It would probably be best to go with the rack face like Geebo posted. I feel the velocity and cfm wouldn't be adequate for a rack....

I'm considering the T8. Based on space restrictions it's kept the ventilation on the Fusion low, I figure doing the rear ported unit might cool things off.
