I usually hate it when people start rumors here. So I'm not starting one, just asking if anybody has actually heard anything more about the "T10" speakers, supposedly the big daddies to the current T1's. Would anyone say Pendragon and T1 in the same sentence (ok, I just did ;-)), but if not there is a chance you might say T10 and Pendragon in the same sentence (darn it, there I go again, I just did!)

I initially posted about a larger version to the T1 way back when. Big Dan chimed in saying I would be very happy to see what was coming down the pipeline. Honestly haven't heard much but speculation since....although I think HairNick posted it once that they were still on the table.

If the above was indeed an early prototype of the Airmotiv passives, the smooth curved cabinet design was changed for the faceted "stealth" look of course. From what I know about speaker cabinet design, my guess the acoustic results are actually better with the faceted design as face plate diffraction is probably better controlled. The facets are also likely less costly to manufacture than the curve as well. |

At present, there is no timetable, and the T10 was only mentioned in passing in early conversations about the Airmotiv line as possibilities were being explored. At some point we may add larger offerings to the Airmotiv line but for now the "T10" is not 'real' - those holding their breath may be waiting a while. It likely will not be called "T10". Sorry to be the buzzkill but that is the present reality. We need to give the current Airmotiv offerings a chance to gain traction before adding models. |

I will buy you XPA Gen 3 amps to go with those Stealth on steroids speakers.  I have this seriously wait patience for gear. I have to bang the top of my receiver that is 16 years old to get it working. I want the slim Emersa gear but get the ball rolling and get those big speakers built and you will sell the Gen 3 XPA. Should have built them first to go with the new XPA line of amps. Your selling the XMC. You do not have the small processors on the site. You need to sell big dog stuff right now if that is your plan. Just saying ! Well, I suppose you can disagree with the sequence of the product launches, but we'll get there in the end. Emersa will launch at the end of the year, and the new BasX MC-700 7.1 pre-pro will be out soon. Bigger Airmotiv tower are in the works too... lot's going on. This was 17 days ago. You guys need to pay attention and get your stuff strait and not be just posting stuff. |

Hmmm, I could for with this in my '71 Chevelle, and the stroked 435 cubic inch with a 3.73 rear end. And the T10 Tremec. The Super T10.  Oh geez, wrong tab. I was on Hot Rod forums wasn't I?  |
