Hello all
I realize everyone will have a different configuration with there T1's based on their own rooms characteristics, however it would be interesting to hear some feedback. After much experimentation, I have almost found my sweet spot.
Personally I have settled on 8 feet apart (speaker center to speaker center), 30 inches from the side walls, and 24 inches from the rear walls. As far as toe-in goes, I started off with the tweeters facing directly towards me (my ears) however with some experimentation have settled on less toe-in. This was necessary because my room is quite bright sounding due to wood flooring and the tweeter is less prominet this way. Also opens things up a little.
Would be interested in your particular setup and your impression of the T1 speaker in general.
Regards, Howie.

Howie: 11 feet apart works for me and provides the best soundstage. Speakers are 20 inches from their wall and angled towards the listening chair. It's a large room with a high, flat ceiling and no side walls are close enough to impinge on the frequency response. All best, Craig BTW: Do you know why the website revised its Speaker format?

Craig,
Having your speakers 11 feet apart must sound awesome. I am still blown away by how much detail these speakers have. I put my MMGs back in the loop but was disappointed, something I thought I would never say. (Still can't put em back in the boxes yet)
No idea what's going on with the website. Happy Listening Howie

Howie: They fit nicely in their boxes and take up little space stored up against a wall. My MMG center channel is a bit larger box and not so easy to store... Am still using my 901s in another place and will wait for the new, larger T1s before replacing them. Enjoy the detail. Craig
