A NEW one is only $399 and that includes FREE SHIPPING and a WARRANTY! Even if you find a used one, you'll have to pay shipping, and you won't have the warranty. At this price, it makes more sense just to buy a new one. The minimum amount of $$$ that you'll save by buying used isn't worth what you'll lose to get there. Also note that finding a used one for sale is RARE. That's because those who buy them are usually so wowed with the performance per price that they just keep them forever. I understand buying used on components that cost >$1,000 to start with, but on budget stuff that was so inexpensive to start with, the owner has to sell for SUCH a discount to make it worthwhile that the owner might as well have kept the component in the first place. That's what I'm finding with my Airmotiv S15 subwoofers - The new ones cost so little, and the shipping is so high that it's HARD to sell used. I'm thinking more and more strongly that I may just keep them. But I digress - Think again about whether or not you want to buy used in this price range.
