At the start of almost ANY troubleshoot project short of one where it starts with smoke and flames is a simple CHECK THE FUSE instruction.
Opening the case of anything STILL under warranty is a sure way to void it.
To that end:
Will EMO ever mount fuses on the REAR APRON so they can be accessed / checke and changed if needed? About 1/3 or so of 'it Doesn't Work' complaints I read on these boards should START with a fuse check.
Any reason NOT to have the MAIN power fuse and any power supply RAIL fuses back-panel accessible? This for no other reason than safety, since it really isn't a good idea for most folks to crack the case and go fuse hunting.
Any votes FOR or AGAINST?

I think the ONLY opinion that matters is the engineering and management folks emo. For some reason they do not want a fuse holder accessible to the regular folks. And I can see WHY. Replace a popping 5 amp fuse with a 15, just to 'see what happens'. OOOPS! Thar' she Goes! …leo...
