Hello, Since yesterday the power button of my XMC-1 blinks orange and purple when on idle, regularly. On power in everything works just fine and blinking stops. Does any one know what it wants to tell me? Thanks in advance!

Btw the soundtrack I got was weird, like I had only the center channel With noise during the dialogues, and all sounds mutes during silences. Are there some parameters for the downmix? Couldn't find where...

Thanks! I turned it in to plug a headset. Btw the soundtrack I got was weird, like I had only the center channel With noise during the dialogues, and all sounds mutes during silences. Are there some parameters for the downmix? Couldn't find where... I don't know any any Zone 2 mixdown options, I mostly use it with stereo sources so haven't experienced the problem you describe. A couple options I can think of would be to experiment with the digital output settings of your source device, or try a second audio connection from that device. For instance, if you were playing a Blu-ray with multi channel audio when you experienced the problem, consider a stereo analog connection from the BRP to the XMC-1 (letting the source do the mixdown), and select that input for Zone 2. KeithL would have better info on how the Z2 mixdown is being done.
