This summer, I received my XMC-1. Unfortunately, I discovered that since day one, the analog front right output was not working correctly. I had the chance to be able to diagnose the failing part as being the output relay behaving erratically. Being an international customer, I was not eligible to free return of the unit to the factory. Based on discussions with various people at Emotiva, and ultimately with Dan Laufman, a new analog board has been sent overseas free of charge. I managed without any specific difficulties to replace the faulty board. The unit is now working as expected and is delivery an excellent sound. And not the least, Iām a very happy customer.

I have always found Emotiva's customer support spot on, did the same for me when my UMC 200 power supply failed, just shipped one out to me in the UK at no charge. Great service, great company
