I sent an email earlier and am waiting a response. I have also talked with a technician over there who is supposed to be getting this issue into the "DAC Technician's"  hands.
I assume thats you?

It's pretty straight forward once you do a Google search. It's why I said back on Saturday he'd need an RMA if another source was giving him the same error.
