I am looking to go full 4K, which will lead to selling my Fusion 8100 on eBay and purchasing the MC-700 & A-500 combo. Here's my question, any thoughts on the quality of RCA cables? I realize there are different schools of thought on the value of premium cabling. I happen to have three sets of these cables and wondering if folks think they'd be fine: www.monoprice.com/Product?p_id=2869&gclid=CLKXwsC15dACFcmEswodXoEO3A

I have a bunch of the Emotiva ones, mostly 1 meter ones and a couple of 0.5 meter ones and really like them but the only issue and I'm not sure why is they only have the 0.5 meter ones for a while now, I find the ends fit just perfect. I hear Monoprice do the job as well, I'm not one to get stuck on the pricey cables thing, decently priced and well reviewed by actual users is what I go for. emotiva.com/products/interconnects/x-rca

Kimber Kables for me.
Most here seem to be of the rusted coat hanger theory

Kimber Kables for me. Most here seem to be of the rusted coat hanger theory I think there is a large space in the market in between those prices and a rusty coat hanger.

Was I supposed to clean the rust off before connecting the coat hanger?

I can respect this. BJC uses high quality copper cabling and high quality connectors, assembly is done here in the USA, and they're honest about their cabling.
