Which XPA Gen3 should i get for my fronts and rears? 1 5 channel? 1 2 channel + 1 3 channel? etc?
I'm either getting the Yamaha CX-A5100 or Marantz AV7703 and i have JTR speakers

I'd say it depends on two things:
How much room do you have for amplifiers How much money do you want to spend on amplifiers
My recs assume a 5.1 channel system...
Your options (assuming that you want generation 3 amplifiers, and listed from "most deluxe" to "most functional") are as follows:
An XPA-2 for the front R/L and an XPA-3 for the center / surrounds (or an XPA-5 for a 7.1 system)
An XPA-2 for the front R/L and a BASX A-300 for the center / surrounds (or an A-500 for a 7.1 system)
An XPA-5 for all channels (or an XPA-7 for a 7.1 system)
Keep in mind the following:
For audio, the most important channels are the front R/L For movies, the most important channels are the center & the sub - all others are effects channels only For normal listening levels (audio AND movies) the average power requirement is less than one watt Buying more watts does NOT necessarily lead to better sound
Happy shopping!

By your original post it looks as though you will be running 10 channels ? If so why not just two XPA-5's or two XPA-7's if you think you will be needing any extra channels, they're modular for a reason Chad
