Yes, I did. Mine was acting weird right out of the box. The volume control of Zone 2 did not work properly. After a call and a couple of emails exchanged with Emotiva, I decided to give reflash a try before sending it back and it fixed everything.

I received an email containing some zip files but can't open the AVR installer to do the reflash on the receiver.

I will send you a Private Message through your account here on the forum. I will forward to you the instructions I received from Emotiva with some notes from when I did it. I did not have any problems in doing it and it worked at the first try.
