Wendell who is previously from Tek Syndicate is absolutely great. Very smart dude. Now he has a new YouTube channel and forum, Level1 Techs. Besides the super in depth reviews, he does a weekly(I think) podcast type show where they talk about news in the tech world.

Arstechnica, Anandtech, The Verge
There are also some great youtube channels as well, but it kinda depends on what kind of tech. I find most sources are pretty specialized these days except for a few big ones like The Verge.

LifeHacker and CNET are usually interesting, although CNET has been slipping lately methinks. Side rant - REPUTABLE NEWS ORGANIZATIONS that publish articles WITHOUT USING THE DAMN SPELLCHECK (and proper grammar) is getting really bad. I mean, our local ABC news had 2 different spelling errors of the word "avenue" in the first sentence of an article the other day.
