So, I'm not sure what's wrong here. I need help. Oh, so much help.
My friend/roomie won't be home until tomorrow to make my Little Ego work (I told him I was having problems and he'd been under the impression that I would just plug and listen.) and I'd like to just get this figured out now. I've been wanting a DAC and he found the Little Ego on clearance or something and talked me into it. He said when he got home he'd help me get it set up since I was struggling. (I'm not a technical person.) It can't be that difficult. There's no driver. I think you just plug it into the USB. That's what it said. So I did. Then I went to plug my headphones in and it just falls right out.
Do I need a special jack size or something? I know there's little headphone jacks and big ones, but are there other sizes and I need to buy an attachment to put on my headphone jack to make it a different size to stay IN my Little Ego? Seriously. It's loose and falls out. Doesn't click into place at all.
Please help me. I could wait for him to get home, but if it's something simple I'll feel even worse.

Egos have a 3.5 mm stereo headphone jack which is the same size as an iPhone headphone jack.
