Bought a new laptop and when I went to run Dirac Full after changes in my room the Dirac software said no-go because I already had two installations. Well, my old laptop was sold, and all the software erased, and I remembered I needed to contact Emotiva to get a new installation. Made a quick call this AM, and in less than 5 minutes my new laptop had Dirac Full running just fine.
That's really terrific service. It's so nice to make a call to Emotiva, and talk to a real person and get action quickly and competently.
So thanks Emotiva.
