I've seen those too, but they are more expensive (per pair) than the offerings from Emotiva. They also have no tonally matching towers or centers.

There are also no reviews... so there's that...

Pre Pros are very complex, and demanding in design, and compliance with all the standards that are constantly a moving target. It potentially is the hardest component to bring to market.
