Hello, I recently got an NES Classic and the audio drops out every few seconds for a second or so when connected to my XMC-1. I have the lastest firmware on my unit and run Directv, an Oppo 4k blu ray player, and Roku Ultra with no issues. I hooked the Nintendo to a TV in my house and the audio works perfectly with no dropouts. Is there a setting I should try with the XMC-1 that would prevent this? It makes the system unbearable and I can hear my speakers making a slight popping sound when this happens. I bought the NES Classic with full intention of running it in my living room on my theater system.

Folks, this seems to be an issue with the NES hardware, not the XMC-1. See HERE for more details. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a viable solution...

I was able to 'fix' or at least work around this by using an HDMI audio extractor like so: amzn.to/2rtbyyNI then take the analog out and feed it to the XMC-1. I'm not sure why the XMC-1 can't do this, but at least I found a way to integrate this. Hopefully this helps someone else.
