Thought I would ask here since there is lots of knowledgeable people on this site, much better than I am when it comes to these things. I just purchased the Airmotiv 5 Channel Bundle and have a few questions on speaker placements for the Sub and the height of the rear speakers. I ended up moving my equipment that was built into the wall into a stereo cabinet in front of the TV. In doing this, I lost room to place the sub in the location where the T1s are located. First question is can I place the sub in the location I have in the diagram ? Second question is how high and far apart should I place the E1s in the rear behind the couch. May have other questions on dialing in the sub if I can use this location. Thanks

Subwoofer seems to be in a reasonable location. I usually like to run my surrounds fairly high up, but not too high. 6 to 8 feet up or so, but your mileage may vary depending on your room factors, your preferences. Also note that EmoQ will help set your EQ, Levels, and delays as well, so you have some liberties here.

Think I should place my rears the same distance apart as my fronts ?

The further you spread your rear speakers, the closer one will get to that corner, which will change its output compared to the other rear which is not by the corner. And since they will be right behind your couch, you should get plenty of right/left spread due to the proximity.

I suggest the subwoofer crawl which will give you the best or second best placement
