Great Customer Service with regard to XSP-1

I had something odd happen to my XSP-1 that I got a few years ago. Up til now had not had a problem at all with the unit. It kept going into standby mode. I called Emotiva and I have to say it was a very professional and pleasant experience. The tech emailed me in a matter of minutes with regard to the fuse location and said if that did not work he would set up an RA. I got lucky it just started working again. But this experience made me want to stay with emotiva as much as I can in the future. I have my eye on the ERC-3 and some other amps. 

It is just nice to know that when you call they are concerned and want to help. They have and will continue to keep my business!!!

hey no problem I have an xpr-2 that absolutely kills it. I heard the ERC-3 played back on genesis speakers with emotiva mono blocks in class a I really could not believe what I was hearing. My friend in Montana is a serious serious sound guy he does not fool around when he tried this out he said he wished he would have just bypassed vinyl and believe me his vinyl set up is fantastic!!!!
