ps4 + umc-1

Hello

When i listen to music on my ps4 with either youtube or spotify I can only choose direct or stereo mode, I cant choose PLIIx. When i play a dvd on my samsung dvd player I can choose whatever mode I want. Anybody have an idea how to fix this problem ?

They are both connected with HDMI cable
