So I just ordered a BASX A-300 amp. The specs page says it is 4" tall. That translates to 2.28 Rack Units (RUs) and some change. So - stupid question here - Do I order 2 RU or 3 RU sized silver cheeks for the amp?
If I'm assuming that the 4" height specification includes the total height from the support shelf (including the rubber feet that lift the unit for ventilation), then, obviously, the 2RU trim is the correct choice. But I've learned my lessons about "assuming" much of anything in today's world, and so I'm axing (pardon my Southernism).
It would be helpful if Emotiva would provide the RU size for all components.

Boom I think is is 2RU. The XMC-1 is 3RU and this definitely is not as tall. It looks same size as an ERC.

Yes 4" includes the feet, the unit itself should be 2 RU, Emotiva use to list RU in their specs not sure why they stopped.

It's 2RU. Same as the ERC-3.
