Turned on my system today and the XSP was first on CD, then I tried my FM tuner, but keeps turning off. It will click, and then turn off sound, but the lights stay on. I will try to reconfigure and try different cords tonight. Been working great, only about 6 months old and light use, not much at all. Will call Wednesday, no time tomorrow. Moto

my first question would be what power conditioner are you using?

Why power conditioner?
The OP is a little unclear, to me, at least. What component turns off? The XSP or the Tuner?
And yes, after checking interconnects and that everything is setup properly, its gonna need to go to the Fix It guys.
If the XSP is the problem and it has a 'mute' button, than I'd exercise that, but otherwise? It sppears to need professional help.

have you sent it in? I only asked about the power conditioner because I was using a Richard Gray and once I switched to Surge X the problem mostly went away completely

Richard Gray are well regarded. Could there have been an internal hot / neutral swap?
