I've got the XMC-1 with Dirac full version and I love it but just one thing I am curious about. When running Dirac because of where my couch is (not completely center ) dirac seems to be setting the right main a bit louder than the left. Audyssey did the same thing but with audyssey I could just go in and fix it easily, with Dirac I'm not sure where to go to change that setting. I do love the way it sounds after Dirac callibration just wondering if theres any way I can fix that because it becomes very apparent when listening to 2 channel stereo that one speaker is louder than the other.

Speaker set up , Dirac, levels,. Use a spl meter and adjust away. Had this same issue on my front right, toned it down just a little and was good. Think it may have something to do with Dirac averaging all the readings, don't know.

Hmm, perhaps the imbalance is in my head?? If it says they are all set at 0.00dB does that mean its outputting even sound throughout?

It means all your speakers are set at the same level relative to each other, and is supposedly outputting even sound. But if your ears tell you otherwise, then just adjust the channels accordingly to make them sound balanced to your ears. You don't need to use an SPL meter, just play a mono source. It could very well be one ear is more sensitive than the other so if that's the case, if it is truly balanced it won't sound balanced to you.

I would only add that Dirac will always set all levels to 0 when finished. Feel free to adjust relative levels from there.
