Hi, I have already told the problems/bad luck I've had with the shipping of my order, you can see it here: Shipito is a disaster!! However, as sometimes we only come here to complain, I wanted to PUBLICLY THANK Emotiva because after telling them the issue I had, they offered to try to help me doing some calls. As it was not their fault at all, and seeing how the mail forwarding company I chose behaves, probably they will not be able to help. Nevertheless, whether this gets to a good ending or not I really appreciate their efforts and interest with their customers and I wanted to let you know it. Thanks again Emotiva!

Hi again, just wanted to continue my story and tell you how it went: truth to be told although I was very thankful to Emotiva I sincerely didn't expect they could solve the issue I was having with the mail forwarding company. However, it seems that I HAPPENED TO BE WRONG!! Emotiva has managed to solve it via a claim of the insurance company and I will be receiving a brand new MC700 from their next shipment...this time directly from them!! . I really cannot believe it, this is my first Emotiva product, but even before owning it, I'm already a happy customer. Thanks again Janna and all the team behind Emotiva for all your interest in your customers!!
