Hello Ive bought two pt100 pre amps and with each one i have the same issue .the fuse blows the minute i press the on button in the front. I live in israel and i use a 220v outlet Tried to use it with a step down transformer from 220v to 110v and got the same result Please if anyone can help i would appriciete it alot Thank you

Its dual voltage so that shouldn't matter. If you have any cables from anything else like an amp connected to your pre amp take them all off and then power up the pre amp without them. One of them might be causing the problem....

Did you manage to solve the problem? If yes. how? Thanks

I would contact the support team at Emotiva an email or call to get the right information of the next right steps. emotiva.com/pages/supportOr 1-877-366-8324. I did send an e-mail but I haven't received any answer yet. However, the problem remains: the PT-100 was DOA, it did not power on, not even once, and it blows the safety fuse (I tried it twice and stopped trying). It looks like I was terribly unlucky and/or the quality control has serious issues.

I bought it and EMS it to Hongkong, but it could not be turned on. I want to cry this thread is the only information that I can find in internet..
