There's a good chance it won't work, but if you can return it, it's worth a try. I gather you don't have a DC-1 remote to use to program a learning remote?
It'll be hard to find another sub $10 remote but you never know

Do you think that product is a "learning remote" or you have another one that does so that I can buy at a store?

The dc-1 is in harmony's database. Buy the cheapest harmony you can get. When done with it, either sell it or use it somewhere else. Such as --->THIS ONE for $40<---Mark

Thanks for the support guys. I've solved it. My good friend Boomzilla came through and kindly helped me out.

Lol. Actually that wouldn't work other than to mute it!

If you want I'll look in the LOGITECH database for EMOTIVA. you don't need to spend a bundle, either. I have thte quite functional model 650 which now goes for 69$ but SHOULD be available for less. www.amazon.com/Logitech-Harmony-Infrared-Universal-Programmable/dp/B004OVECU0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1496642321&sr=8-1&keywords=logitech+650How about 45$? I did spend less for mine, showing a localal retailer the online price which they 'matched'. I think this one for a few bucks more than the 350 is well worth it. My previous ultra-cheap model 620, I think it was, lasted 9 years or so and was purchased for more at the local big-box store. Problem? It goes thru batteries more quickly than the 620, so keep some spares around.

But yeah...that's the route to go as it has Emotiva listed.
