Im looking to share a ride from central Louisiana, anybody coming through any part of it? i can meet up within a few hours of Cenla Convince garbulky and Boomzilla to come with you. I was really hoping to get to Emofest this year, but other family matters (nothing problematic) have gotten in the way. Taking a short trip to Boston, but that's it as far as a vacation this year (my wife thinks the day of my surgery and the day after were my vacation  ). Here's hoping you all enjoy, and there's another next year and I can join all of you down there. |

I just printed my ticket for Emofest! Anyone else got theirs printed? I am looking forward to it...even if I will be hobbling a bit. Last Sunday I dropped a shelf from 7' up onto my big toe. The cut is starting to heal, but it's still pretty tender overall. So, if you see me limping along...please clear the way and please, please please...don't accidently kick my right foot!

Friday AM, head out to the Loveless Cafe for breakfast. Go hungry, get the biscuits and jams and whatever other food you like, and take your cholesterol meds. Mid-day, head downtown Nashville to Earnest Tubb's Record Shop. If you like history there's an old Civil War era earthen fort in Franklin. Friday evening, join the gang out for drinks! Mark |

I won't be there until later Friday but will be heading out for drinks with the gang after dark. I had to work from home all week thanks to my toe injury so I won't be able to leave too early from work Friday. And, with any luck, this foot will be even more ready for walking so maybe Saturday after the time at Emotiva or Sunday might foot will be ready to walk around the fort. (Right now, I'm moving really slow and wearing "slides" because my right foot can't tolerate a shoe!)
