Yeah that's really great pricing. You could make out with one excellent surround sound package for (relatively) little for the performance.

The C2 is a vented speaker, with dual 2"-diameter ports, one at each end of the cabinet, exiting from the rear. Recommended minimum clearance behind the unit for proper breathing of the ports is 4". Any air space behind the speaker should be able to communicate with the listening area for the best possible bass performance.
$369 is really aggressive pricing. I predict a LOT of sales on this new model.
It's a T1 turned on it's side and is slightly more than half the price of a pair of T1's. Not sure if it's priced aggressive or not, but I am sure I would like one.
Now I need to find a TV stand that lets this center communicate properly !
This is going to be fun. Finally a big center to go with big mains T2's. This may not be big to some but this compo will satisfy me for size in a good surround system. I did not want to spend big for big dual 8" woofers like the Revel Performa3 F208's. The T2's and C2 are big speakers for me and will rock my world for movie surround sound.
E2's please and a good surround prepro for less than the XMC-1 and I am set. Can you say Emersa ?

I hate to pile on the bandwagon, but I also really, really, do not like the looks. It's a deal killer. It does not look mature or elegant or much of anything other than "awkward" and "angsty teen". Really to bad because they probably sound like $5000 and I would be all over them otherwise.
Please Emotiva, consider changing the style in a future release. I get that you want it to not look the same as other speakers, and I get that the stealth monitors might look great by a computer, but the current style does not work in a home theatre / living room setup.

Interestingly enough, as someone myself who has suggested multiple times that I was interested in wood finish front speakers, or something that was not just black, I find that it would be better in my case to keep black for the center! My "beige" sock Vandersteens as fronts tend to disappear in the room, but I find that the Emo C1 I now am using as the center also disappears because it's backdrop is all dark stuff, including the dark cabinet, black components in the cabinet, black TV screen (when off), etc. I also don't mind the black on-wall rear speakers, so the only issue for me (if there is an issue) would be for front tower speakers.
