Received, installed, EQ'd, happy happy. I focus on sound, not what toys I have. Movies, Whitney solo, Seal -- good to go. Worth every nickel, superb product.

I use a UMC-200 processor, with all Carver Audio Amps, in a 7 channel configuration with no separate woofer. Left and right channel front are Carver Silver seven speakers with upgraded woofers. My center channel had been a pair of Optimus Pro CS5 (radio shack) speakers, made by Pioneer, with lineaum ribbon tweeters, in a stack. Yes, really, RS at one time had excellent audio gear. Time for upgrade, and Emotiva brought out the airmotiv upgraded line just in time.

Is it 4 ohms? Can I use the XPA Gen-3 on it? Almost 500 watts in 4 ohm load.

I am too. I hope they have some working models at Emofest. Can't imagine they wouldn't have their latest gear set up for demos. Sure wish I lived closer - I'd be going too! And probably find something new to buy. Isn't it mandatory to buy something at Emo-Fest?  |
