I've had myy XMC-1 now for around 6 months and have loved it so far. Well today I wake up and the ring around the power button is blinking rapidly purple/orange. Remote is not working but the buttons on the unit work fine. I tried resetting and that did not help. Finally I decided for the hell of it try and take the batteries out of the remote and that worked, it stopped blinking. Well I replaced the batteries thinking that might be the problem but no it is still doing it. Whenever there are batteries in the remote the ring just blinks rapidly purple/orange.
Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

You may have a button stuck on the remote. Try checking all the buttons to see if there is one stuck.

I better stop reading 📖.....
The only thing that's wrong with my XMC1 is what I read!
Just kiddin, yeah that's a weird one. Do you control the unit with other than the factory remote?

You may have a button stuck on the remote. Try checking all the buttons to see if there is one stuck. Mark Yes you were right somehow one of the buttons got wedged in and I had to take it apart and reseat it. All Is good now though thank god! |
