I just tried to use my Oppo app on my IPad and its down! Nodda! Kaput! Out to Lunch! Has you scan a code on the screen and lets you send in a complaint! WTF They messed something up! Anybody else?

Went through every setting, didnt change a thing Works just fine now. This after I sent in a notification like they asked me to do. I haven't a clue. 😲

Oppo tech support requested that I not have the unit in quick start, this fixed my problem.

Oppo tech support requested that I not have the unit in quick start, this fixed my problem. Txs all. I've never had issues with Tidal on my 103 but if I don't regularly shutdown I get issues with Netflix freezing when starting a program, so I now just shut it down every time I'm done using it. Chad
