Rack Ears for MC-700?

Searching through the forum, I found information indicating that the MC-700 can use the same rack ears (URE-1.5) as the UMC-200. That is great information, but the URE-1.5 are not available in the option drop down for the Emotiva rack ears. 

Is there a proper set of rack mount ears for the MC-700 or should I just buy a 2U shelf and live with the small gaps?

I would like a set of rack ears too and don't understand why Emotiva cannot or will not make them available.

Meanwhile, I have made a set in black 5mm plastic sheet (soft no scratches) mounted using longer screws for the two decorative front panel end pieces.
