My XPR-2 was acting weird and I ended up having to send it in for service. My first contact was Keith very nice guy and I worked it out with him to drive it there and drop it off. I met Damon at the door also super nice and I got to see some of the facility. To say it is a class act is an understatement, the people have a real positive energy something you do not see every day in any work place. My wife loved the little town of Franklin so we will be going to Emo-fest!!! I also saw that 15 inch sub man it is off da hook!!! I want one!!
