If theres a thread out there about cooling and Sanus rack systems I didnfind it.
Im piecing together a Sanus rack system and own a few Sherbourn C-12 cooling fans, they are rack mountable and draw air out of the amp and out the back as I have them configured.
I want to now draw air in through the bottom and out through the top. I think they have a system but is rather expensive imo forget where I saw it. Anybody find or have a good solution?

I have an AC Infinity AIRCOM T8 linkWith it you can reverse the air flow to pull in air simply by removing and turning over the fans inside so it will draw air in instead of pulling air out. I imagine the Sherbourn C-12 might work the same way, simply turn the fans inside over to change the air flow. One thought the AC Infinity AIRCOM can be purchased with either top or rear vents, so top vents would work best for this. I think the Sherbourn C-12 has plugs to direct where the venting goes as I remember.

You can get a nice 3RU exhaust fan from AC Infinity that will fit in the top cutout of the Sanus. I made my own with a 3RU panel with cutouts for 3 12mm fans (I used Noctua) and a 12 volt supply. They also have 2RU fan units that can mount in the rack along like the other components that will blow air across the top of an amp or whatever is mounted beneath it. Here is the 3RU unit. 3RU Fan

I was looking for something to fit the cutouts of the Sanus rack.

Something like this to drop in to the ceiling and floor.

My Sanus rack takes a standard 3RU panel in the top cutout. Is yours a different size? I'll send a pic of the one I made but it's a standard 3RU panel.

Something like this to drop in to the ceiling and floor. Here is a pic of my homemade 3RU fan mounted in the top panel of my Sanus rack. Below that is one of the 2RU units mounted above my XPA-1L.

The one I linked above will fit right into the top cutout of the Sanus unless they've changed the cutout size.

Yes the AC Infinity CLOUDPLATE T9 looks like what you are looking for. link It can draw air in or pull it out.

One in the top blowing out will suck cool air in from the bottom. Yep one at the top drawing the hot air out should do it. You can add a plain vent at the bottom if you need a place for the air to come in. If you really feel you need it you can bring air in with a fan but it really shouldn't be needed.

Also looking for a 1U powerstrip that has space for wall warts between the plugs. Something similar to this

For the Power Strip issue, you could use "pigtails" — essential 6" extension cords. These would allow you to fit them in. Or, it that's just to handle the low-voltage DC power supply for the fans, you could split the output of one transformer of adequate capacity into Plus/Minus Rails for all the fans. (Or run half on one power supply and half on the other for redundancy if you're worried about them failing.)
