October again! Time for admiring $250,000 speakers and Esoteric wooden blocks for decoupling your Nordost speaker cables off the floor ;o) Anyone going this year? I might head out with my wife tonight and go peruse for a bit. On my list to see: Paradigm Personas 4K projectors new B&W 700 line. Maybe I'll pick-up some CDs and look at some remasters. It's over at the Congress Centre on Dixon. www.taveshow.comKind regards! P.S. I wish Emotiva was coming!

A couple notes: Yep Bru, Sky towers were there and sounded quite nice. Very detailed with a lot of accuracy. I think the star of the room, though, were the Tribe Towers which are just awesome. This is about the 4th time I've chatted with Vince Bruzzese. He always manages to impress me with his R&D. And his enthusiasm is just plain infectious. He was powering these with a little 60W amp and some $12 twisted pair speaker wire and the sound was unbelievable. So much wicked controlled Bass and no subwoofer needed. If I wasn't a Paradigm fan, I'd be switching. I was a tad disappointed, speaking of Paradigm, the my friends at Audio One didn't bring over some personas. Looks like they were busy showcasing the new 700-series from B&W. Which were very nice, btw. I just wish B&W had of carried the decoupled Tweeter throughout the rest of the line and not just a select few speakers in the range. I'll try and post some picks, including the proverbial "Speaker cable on Blocks". You thought I was joking? heheh. P.S. are the pictures upside down to anyone? No i didn't do the tour form the ceiling. Heh. I'll fix later.
