Anyone know why Emo stopped producing the Control Freaks? I've got a balanced one and love it! I'm looking for a second one (Unbalanced) to use in another setup and I'm kinda bummed they don't make them anymore. It looks like Schiit's SYS does a similar thing, but in a much less "convenient" package versus a large volume knob on the desk!
Anyone else know of a good alternative to the Control Freaks? Or better yet, does anyone have a Control Freak for sale? : )

I assume demand was very low but you would never know it by how many of us want to buy them.

The TC Electronics level pilot is identical and still being sold last I checked. You could try one of those.

I use a Griffin PowerMate - works like a champ. Very different approach, same outcome & workflow, more useful.

I know this is an old thread.. came across it while scouring classifieds/auctions sites for one for sale. Looking for a balanced (XLR) model if anyone has one
