Hello,
I'm about to be a french customer.
I owned KEF (Uni-Q) speakers and I'm about to buy BaseX MC 700 processor and A 700 amplifier. Is KEF a good match ?
I have read that speakers need to be neutral or not too generous in high frequencies with Emotiva electronics.
Does brands like KLIPSCH, JBL or SVS a good choice with A 700 ?
Do you have others recommandations ?
Thanks in advance.

Welcome castroy , so glad you found us here at the Emotiva Forum, so many good friends to be made here. Which KEF Q speakers were you looking at. I’ve come to really like the sound of The LS50’s. Ya just gotta have a cup of EmoBlue! Enjoy!

Consider Emotiva's speakers...esp the T1's an if you can - the T2' Mark

If you have a good dealer in your area you may be able to audition some speakers with your system. Since Focal speakers are a french company, they may be worth listening to, I have a set of 714's and have been very happy with them. Mark

Welcome to the forum! How your system sounds is about 60% the speakers, about 39% your room (including placement of speakers, furniture, acoustic treatment, etc.), and 1% everything else** **Assuming you have competently designed electronics and you're operating them within spec. Emotiva would be classified as competently designed electronics.
