Hi guys, after only two days of (perfect) work my big ego suddenly stopped working, all leds became blue as in attached picture... No effect pressing filter or output selection buttons... Any suggestion? Is it broken or what? Thank you A. Attachments:

Any suggestion? Is it broken or what? Thank you A. Presumably you tried removing and reattaching it? Rebooting the computer too? (hey, rebooting does wonders!). I would try unplugging it from the USB port an let it sit a couple of minutes, and see if it resets

Thank you guys, tried everything, no success... I'll email tech support They have historically worked best via phone. Unless there's a good reason to not use phone, I would if I were you. Mark

The same thing just happen to me today all leds are lit up on the unit no sound. My usb ports on my desktop pc and laptop will not detect any device is connected. Called tech support and they told me that they would email me to get me started with a return because all leds lighting up like that is a indication the main board has detected a problem with its self. just wanted to put that out there for anyone having the same problems.
P.S. The tech was nice and fast at taking care of me on the phone.

My Little Ego died yesterday, just received a call from tech support. Very polite and the call duration was literally 58 secs. Sending a replacement. Awesome customer service.
