Yeah that's too big imo for their market.

I say they skip the T3's and go straight to T5's...with double 15" bass drivers, and work up in size to mids of 10/8/6" and an array of ribbon tweeters.
Why you ask? Pffffttttt...if you have to ask...you oughta know! Just because...OK? Because... And, hey, wouldn't that just be fun!

If you are interested in those sizes check out Tekton Design, they have several like that. A bit more expensive than the emo speakers but still good value for what you get.

Happy to say my Klipsch KLF-30 with dual twelves are the best sounding speakers I have owned.

Or perhaps dipping their toes in the mobile market?

Actually, is Emotiva going to be at C.E.S. this year at all? Last year, by this time, Dan had dropped a couple of Anticipation Notes about Emotiva's presence at the 2017 C.E.S. This year I haven't seen anything. It seems to me that they're probably pretty busy executing the fairly ambitious product launch announcements they made last year ...

I can't picture Emotiva going any larger than the T2's. If Emotiva was a specialized speaker manufacturer it may have happened. I think the electronics are still priority here...and should be.
