I've been using Dirac Live LE for Emotiva successfully on the same laptop. It hasn't been installed on any other computers. I went to use it yesterday, but now I get the following error message:
YOUR PRODUCT INSTALLMENT LIMIT HAS BEEN REACHED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR VENDOR FOR MORE INFORMATION
I tried uninstalling the program, then re-installing it, but it didn't fix the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thanks

After uninstalling, did you reboot the laptop before reinstalling? If not, try that.
Failing that, call Emotiva Monday morning.

Wow, thank you for your help.
Your link took me to the installation record for my app. Apparently upgrading the OS from Windows 8 to Windows 10 caused the problem.
