CMX-6 Question

I recently purchased a CMX-6, and I can really tell a nice difference in sound quality in my system, which uses a tube amplifier, among other components.

As a line filter, the CMX-6 does not provide surge protection, so do I plug it into the wall, or to a surge protector? would that defeat it's purpose if plugged into a surge protector?

Thats a great question. I just purchased one myself and I am wondering the same thing.

I messaged Keith, and he replied, to feel free and plug it into a surge protector. I have to say, the sound of my equipment, after the addition of the cmx-6 has really opened up and became clearer to my ears.
