I noticed the new website went up and the rack ears are no longer listed as an option. Before the new site, the rack ears were listed out of stock for the new XPA gen 3 equipment. Before the website change, I reached out and was told there wasn't an ETA for them & that I would have to read the newsletter for new announcements. Is Emotiva discontinuing support for rack mount equipment? I was really hoping to get rack ears for the XPA gen3 I just purchased =/.

I've added the Rack Ears back into the Accessories segment. Looks like it wasn't tagged correctly in the launch of the new site.

Maybe I'm wrong about ALL being in stock, with Hair Nick's post above and a fast look I though everything was in stock now, maybe not. I didn’t see it I thought I heard Lonnie say on the PodCast that these new rack ears are universal for the RU, ie: rack unit you are needing. The ERC-2 and XPA-1L's are 2RU so I'd think the URE-2 would fit your needs. It does say in the specs, "Please contact sales@emotiva.com if you are looking for rack ears for Emotiva legacy products." So just to make sure, I'd call and ask if these indeed will work for your ERC-2 and XPA-1L's. I'm betting they will Nick, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!  |
