I'm not sure if this is the correct place to be posting this, so if it's not, please move to the appropriate section.At initial glance, this little device looks VERY cool. It looks like it accomplishes a lot of things all in one place. It appears it helps bridge the gap between downloading, streaming, serving, playing CD's and ripping CD's. Well it certainly doesn't get the best overall reviews on Amazon, and lots of feedback there saying there are better cheaper alternative devices.

Doesn't Vortexbox do the same thing? I dunno, never heard of that device either. I'm only interested because I like the idea of the gap being bridged with CD's in the mix. Not saying it's the answer for everyone or the ultimate way to do it. But if it works well and can accomplish good lossless sound, it certainly holds promise in my world. That's why I'd love to hear feedback. Opinions, facts, thoughts, whatever. Feedback from people who own said devices would be really great. |

I’m on my phone so I can’t research this device properly but it looks like a Vortexbix appliance. Check out small green computer dot com or for a higher end solution Sonore dot com.
