Hello.
I purchased a PT-100 preamp which has a defective main PSU.
Is it possible to purchase, directly from Emotiva, one or two main PSU units in order to replace the defective one?
Thanks

Try calling them. Sometimes e-mails take awhile to get answered.

I live in a country across the Atlantic (in Europe) and making a telephone call is not very practical.

Then you'll be waiting for them to return your email inquiry.

Yep. The best way is to give them a call. You can try emailing them again. I've read reports of things falling through the cracks.
