Is there some software I should be installing for the PT-100 to work with USB without dropping the signal every so often-like twice a day, after an hour of playing or after being left dormant for a few hours? I dropped a different integrated amp into the mix instead of the PT-100/power amp combo, and using USB there was no issue for an entire day.
I also think there is a conflict between the media controls on this Corsair K70 keyboard and the PT-100, as at times when rebooting the computer, the keyboard isn't registering, and I have to unplug/re-insert the usb plugs for it to wake up. I never had this issue until I started using this pre-amp.
I love the sound quality and lack of noise, but these small issues are irritating. Thanks for any help. Oh, and I know it says in the instruction manual and in ads that the PT-100 needs no software for USB access, but I wonder if it might need some.
