It may be hard to believe , but I bought my first ever pair of headphones at age 56. In the mid 70s my mom and dad bought me a pair of Koss Pro 4AAA phones for Christmas .. I rocked out with those until late 80s.. not even sure what happened to them .. They bought two pairs .. the other went to my younger brother, as I'm sure it was to help with all the noise coming out of two rooms at night ..lol. Bought the AKG M220 Pro from Massdrop. 50 bucks. I've only owned very cheap earbuds the past few years. Looking forward to getting some better headphones for a change. Attachments:

Been looking at those myself. I look forward to hearing your thoughts when they arrive. Likewise. If I'm working in Port Allen over the next few weeks. I can drop them off for you to listen to while here for the week.. and pick them back up when I head home .. might be able to allow you some quality time to test them out. |

Thanks, David, but I'll be out of town (in Texas) on a job and don't know exactly when I'll return yet. I greatly appreciate the offer, but would much like to hear your impressions of them first.
