Co-founder of Martin Logan, just started his own company, Eikon...... what is your take? I always liked the Martin Logan sound. When the chief audio engineer/designer of Acoustic Research jumped ship and started his own company, we were in for a treat.....perhaps a similar thing will occur here. Bill |

I had a class with the other co-founder, Ron Sutherland, back in my college days. Something like Op-Amps 101. He was a pretty young guy for an EE professor but was super cool and enjoyed telling Martin Logan early days stories. He had already left them by that time as he only stayed with them the first couple of years. Great guy. A lot of the profs were arrogant tools, but not him.
