Good Morning All,
My wife and I are on the move again. While were here outside of Seattle, I purchased a pair of Paradigm Signature S8s that din't come with the original boxes. Does anyone have any suggestions for boxing options with these? I emailed Paradigm and they told me they don't have any any longer (they were discontinued a couple of years ago).

You're moving them yourself or using a moving company? If yourself, I suggest a piece of heavy cardboard over the front to protect the drivers then wrap each one in a moving blanket and hold in place with packing tape. If a moving company, ask for their recommendation since they will have the liability.

Without the original boxes it will probably be pretty hard to find a good box with padding. Hopefully you are moving these yourself so you can be sure they are being well cared for.
I'd think without a box maybe wrap them in a thick soft moving blanket secure the blanket with a little duct tape to keep it from unwrapping. If you will be using a dolly a small board or plywood piece that the speaker can stand on to be scooped up with the dolly will help protect the speakers bottom. Good luck with the move.

Thanks, Jason Sorry that you couldn’t get boxes from Paradigm, so many people underestimate the value of original boxes, they don’t think they add to the value of used equipment, or they just don’t want to pay for them. Shame! 😢 i had purchased a set of surround speakers from the dealer but they couldn’t find the boxes, two years later I purchased them from Paradigm, before they were discontinued. Glad I did! From Paradigm came the boxes, foam inserts, plastic cover bags and factory tape to seal the boxes! 👍 This should be a lesson for all. Wish I could help you! Good luck |

Not a big room but they definitely fill the room with sound! I agree they are beautiful, aesthetically pleasing speaker to look at. |
